Studio Magic Hour’s Positionality Pack is a thought-provoking card deck designed to support individuals and groups in reflecting on how identities, lived experiences, and social context shape their work in the food system.

The cards invite reflection, conversation, and learning around topics such as culture, power, identity, and perspective, helping make often-implicit dynamics more visible and discussable.

Each deck includes a hard case, 24 illustrated cards by Nicolle Rockstroh, an instruction booklet, and 50+ reflection prompts for food system designers, innovators, and changemakers. The deck can be used for individual reflection, team learning, workshops, or facilitated equity-focused conversations.
